I'm not willing to spend money on a product where the company ignores legitimate complaints from customers. I'm seriously turned off from purchasing anything from this company now. Answer your loyal customers.

I have been buying this product and raving about it for 15 years. I loved that it felt like pure aloe vera gel and only a few additional ingredients with other health properties. When I put it on, it felt like a gel. To call it a “gel” now feels like false advertising as it comes out as a liquid. Why is water the second ingredient now? I try to support small businesses and local businesses. I use debit or cash whenever I can. Local grocery stores and coffee shops are keeping their prices reasonable. It Is the big businesses that are screwing everyone over with price gauging. I thought Nature’s Aid was one of those smaller, wholesome companies that were worth supporting. I feel like I’ve been cheated.

This gel is our go to for just about everything! It's the best natural skin care. We can't go without it.

Hi, I am wondering if by chance you have changed your formula over the years, or does it get better with age?
I had an allergic reaction to a tape they use on my arm after a blood test. I used my new product and from I remember it works on anything. But no luck with this new product. It almost seemed to make it worse.
I have never had this experience before. And in fact, I have put many many people into this. I have purchased a small one for my brother in law who is having problems with ear, irritation. Eczema like. Just concerned things have changed?

I have nature skin needs yet this is my go to moisturizer for face and body. Clean , refreshing and ingredients that nourish. Great product . Will definitely keep in my daily routine!❤️
