Order Information

Canadian orders are processed within 2 business days, international orders within 5 business days.

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal and GPay.

Local sales tax may apply.

Shipping Policy

We offer free Canada Post or FedEx Ground shipping on Canadian and U.S. orders of $50 or more, after any discounts and before taxes are applied.

Orders under $50 will be charged for shipping according to the rates set at checkout.

Expedited shipping rates are available for a fee listed on the checkout page.

*Standard shipping & handling in certain remote areas may take up to 14 business days.

 

Shipping rates for orders outside of Canada and the U.S. will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for extra duties or handling on these orders. 

Once your order is processed, we will email you a tracking number so you can see where your package is at all times. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of Canadian orders and 5 business days for international orders, you may contact us at customerservice@naturesaid.ca.

Missing Orders

On rare occasions orders have gone missing. If this happens, please contact us at customerservice@naturesaid.ca or 1-866-504-2334 so we can assist.
