Order Information

Canadian orders are processed within 2 business days, international orders within 5 business days.

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal and GPay.

Local sales tax may apply.

Shipping Policy

We offer free Canada Post or FedEx Ground shipping on Canadian and U.S. orders of $50 or more, after any discounts and before taxes are applied.

Orders under $50 will be charged for shipping according to the rates set at checkout.

Expedited shipping rates are available for a fee listed on the checkout page.

*Standard shipping & handling in certain remote areas may take up to 14 business days.

Shipping rates for orders outside of Canada and the U.S. will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for extra duties or handling on these orders.

Once your order is processed, we will email you a tracking number so you can see where your package is at all times. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of Canadian orders and 5 business days for international orders, you may contact us at customerservice@naturesaid.ca.

Great product! Makes my lips feel soft and smooth!

Have you changed your formula?

Hi, I am wondering if by chance you have changed your formula over the years, or does it get better with age?
I had an allergic reaction to a tape they use on my arm after a blood test. I used my new product and from I remember it works on anything. But no luck with this new product. It almost seemed to make it worse.
I have never had this experience before. And in fact, I have put many many people into this. I have purchased a small one for my brother in law who is having problems with ear, irritation. Eczema like. Just concerned things have changed?
Thanks for your time. And by the way I really like the lip gel. It works great. Does it have SPF?

Great moisturizer for anywhere

I have nature skin needs yet this is my go to moisturizer for face and body. Clean , refreshing and ingredients that nourish. Great product . Will definitely keep in my daily routine!❤️

Amazing product!

I’ve been using this product as a toner for about a decade now. I have periodically tried other more expensive products and always end up coming back to this one because it works the best. It leaves my skin glowing and hydrated!
We use it around the house when we have burns, my husband is a welder and he often gets UV burns from work. This stuff helps heal it way quicker! And it soothes the area as well.
Could not recommend this product enough!!

Amazing!!

I recently tried Nature’s Aid Multi-Purpose Skincare and was genuinely surprised by how well it worked for me. I originally picked it up to use around a healing nostril piercing (applied externally, not inside the piercing), alongside my regular saline aftercare. Since adding this product, I’ve noticed the area has been healing faster and staying much more comfortable.
One night I accidentally used more than intended, so I applied the extra to my face—and the results were amazing. By the next morning, my skin looked noticeably better. I typically have oily skin with some dry patches around my nose, but this product left my skin feeling balanced, smooth, and refreshed.
It’s rare for me to find something that works this well both for targeted care and as a general skincare product. I’ll definitely keep using it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile and effective addition to their routine.
